| | 3 mile loop around Quarry Bend with Cooper.
| | Took Cooper to Flat Iron park and ran some laps in the grass.
| | Took Cooper to Flat Iron again and ran a few laps in the grass. I wanted to do more but my right leg was killing me. I'm surprised that after taking 3 years off running, doing physical therapy excercises, working with a chiropractor, and wearing my orthotics it would hurt this bad. :(

| | Put on the ankle brace and ran my 3 mile Quarry Bend loop with Cooper. Felt a lot better this run than last week until I reached the downhill and ran on the grass. I'm quite surprised running on pavement actually feels better than the grass. Avg pace was 9:50. I'm also really happy with Cooper, he didn't pull hard at all and just trotted alongside.

| | Cooper and I ran along 7thE to 80thS, through the neighborhood up to 10thE, and back home. Averaged 9:31 pace.
| | Ran along 7th E to Sego Lily then went up by Bear Park to 94th S and back home. It was great, minus the part where Cooper saw a bird and lunged for it.

| | easy 2 with Coops. Out and back on 10thE.
| | Ran from my house up to Flat Iron Park with Cooper. On the way there, a rottweiler came charging out of it's house by us and I panicked. Fortunately it was a sweetheart and just wanted to sniff Cooper's butt. And even if it wasn't so nice, a friend of mine drove by and waved less than 10 seconds later. Ran a lap at the park and Cooper found a ball, so I stopped and made him do some extra mileage. Nothing too eventfull happened on the way back home.

| | Did monster walks with Mal at work today for hip strengthening. After work I ran with Cooper up to Flat Iron where we met Zak to play ball. Glad I had him meet me there because the heat was killing me. I was at 1.7 so I ran some barefoot strides until I got to 2.
| | Took Cooper to the dog park in Sandy but instead of going to the park we ran along the paved trail by the Trax line. Zak longboarded alongside. Made it just past 11400 South and turned at 1.5. I feel a lot safer with both of my boys with me.

| | Ran from my house with the dog along 1000E to 7200S, down to Harmons on 700E, and back home. Ran around the parking lot to get to 4. Cooper wasn't thrilled about that, so I just let him go while rounding up the last bit and he went and plopped down on the porch.

| | Easy 2, loop around 8600S and 700E. Almost got hit by a minivan mama not paying attention to her surroundings.
| | Met up with Emily at Liberty Park. We ran two laps. I was planning on an easy run but Cooper saw a squirrel and kept jumping up on all the trees as we ran by. He's such a little shit.
