AM - ran 8 easy miles this morning - 5 miles on my own at 7:49 pace, then another 3 miles with Sparky at 8:30 pace. Legs felt a little flat after the 15 miler on Saturday, and we also had dinner with Lybi's aunt and had steak there, and I was still feeling a bit sluggish from the dinner (yes, I ate too much . . .) Overall a good run. I have decided that I am actually going to cut back a bit this week and increase back up to close to 60 mpw next week, to make sure I avoid getting injured. Probably on the low end of 50 miles this week, then something like 58 miles next week. |
