Was planning on running 8 miles today, but due to the heat, decided to cut my run a little short. Everything felt much better today - my legs, my lungs, etc. Was able to maintain a nice steady pace throughout the entire run. Average pace of 8:26/mile. Legs started to get tired at the end, but nothing really to complain about. Hoping I will be able to view the results of the WBR soon. Also have been watching coverage of the USATF Championships - our distance running corps seems to have improved quite a bit. |
