GPS went out on me after .39 so I am just estimating here. I wanted to tone it down a little because of my leg so I ran about 3.4 today probably at an 8:15-ish pace. I just wanted to stay relaxed and not strain that tendon, or whatever it is.
I averaged a 157 BPM which is starting to come down, but I really need to be increasing my distance in order to really get my heart rate down. All in good time. I don't have a race or anything I am preparing for right now, so slow and steady without injury is my goal!
