Fence Run Med-Easy day for recovery Time: 39:07 Ave HR: 157 Sasha, I wanted your opinion on what I should run for the next week and a half leading up to the TOU. This is what I was planning on, but I am not sure of the best way to get ready for the race. Wed- 5 Miles with 8x1min Fartlek at 5K Pace (6 Min Mile) Thurs- 8 Miles @ Marathon Pace 60 Min (7:20-7:30 Miles) Fri- Easy Biking Sat- 8 Miles at Marathon Pace (7:20-7:30 Miles) Sun- Rest Mon- 5 Miles with 4x1Min Fartlek @ 5K Pace Tues- Medium 5 Miles Wed- Easy 4 Miles Thurs- Easy 2-3 Miles Friday- 8x100Meter Accelerators Sat- Race I would appreciate any input from anyone on what you think of my plan. My goal is to be well rested. |
