AM: Small Workout. 3 Mile warmup, 2 mile tinman tempo pace (sort of) 6:23, 6:24. 4x100m striders to try and get the body moving. 400m/200m alternating with 200m rest inbetween. I started out ok, but fell off the pace quickly. I did 4 sets. 73 - 36 76 - 38 78 - 37 78 - 37 Jogged home T-1:14:54 (10.25 Miles @ 7:13 pace) Biked to / from work. PM: 4.75 with the kids in the stroller
