Running has gotten in the way of life.  Time to take some time off and adjust accordingly.  I will still get out running once in a while, but all future races will be postponed until next year.  I am bummed to lose such great fitness, but it is necessary.

Is this mainly so you can work on the yard? What about TOU 1/2 and marathon?

I'm sorry to hear that, but can understand. I hope that things become balanced again soon and that you can find a way to do every thing you need/want to in life.

Good luck with everything.

Not blogging also frees up a bunch of time. Good luck with whatever you're up to. More kids? Building a deck? Training a dog?

Yeah, Paul, Cody is going to try to catch and train our new, friendly neighborhood Rottweiler.

It's intersting that both of you decided to take a running hiatus within a month of each other... maybe I need to shower more often?

From Dale on Thu, Aug 06, 2009 at 18:49:17 from 69.10.215.11

Sorry to hear that. But now I get an extra minute now and again from not having to keep up with your blogging!

Hope you can manage to find the time to run regularly again soon....I'm willing to sacrifice my minutes.
