Long Run

I joined Paul for a long run on the TOU course today.  We ran over to the finish line and then ran the course back 10 miles then turned around  back to the finish.  Good solid pace.  We picked it up at the end to some 6:20 - 6:30 miles.  MP for me.

Thanks for the run today. And thanks for not mentioning how I whined like a little boy the entire run.

I heard that Paul whined like a little boy the whole time. Is that true?

I'm sad I missed this run- running the second half of the course is always a good thing.

Jon, I missed the run too. I guess I am too slow for them. I even had the right shirt to coordinate with their matching outfits today if I had known. They looked really good in those matching outfits.

Paul, thanks for taking it easy for once and not blasting a crazy fast long run.

Jon, you sure missed out...

Scott, you are plenty fast to run with us. You just have to guess where/when we will start to be invited to join us. Sorry for not being more clear the meeting spot before it was too late. I promise check my e-mail more often.

Nice workout guys. Good sign for things to come.
