Long Run with Jon -

Today's run was a nice and "easy" 20 miler up Logan Canyon.  We kept the pace nice and conversational with minimal pit stops.  A success.  Great day for a run and judging by the crowds out running, many people agreed.  We even saw Joe and Scott heading up the canyon too.  I told Jon that we should pick it up the last mile to sub 7 and so he picked up the pace even more to have us finish with a 6:25 mile.  A good long run to end a high mileage week for me.

Thanks for the run. Just remember that the last mile was your idea.

I just noticed the Hot Comments box has beed removed by Sasha... and MaryAnn's blog is gone. Wonder if they are related.

Cody, I noticed you're planning to do the Cache Valley Biathlon. They don't have the entry forms in at Al's yet and nobody has heard anything there. I know there is a new race director this year. Have you heard if it is still on or how to sign up? I think last year the sign up deadline for early entry was about now.

Nice ride on Thursday. 20.4 MPH including stops without hammering is pretty impressive expecially with a long climb. Add that to your running ability and you should do quite well.

dave-

I haven't done any research on the race other then put it on my calendar. I was planning on going over to al's this week, but I guess that will be a waste. I had better look into it... If you hear anything let me know.
