Calf muscle right behind the knee is toast. It hurt too bad to run today. I gave it a go for 2 miles, but its not happening.

Maybe you should take the rest of the year off.

I just might.
The other knee is messed as well. The top of the kneecap is super painful if I bend my knee for a long time. (like sitting in a chair)
No running for a while. Oh darn.

It's kind of nice. Just don't get too fat in the meantime...

Bummer about the knees...I guess you had a good run this year though! Just watch out though, you don't want to slack off too much because I'm pretty sure I just beat your 5K Turkey day time and I'm coming after you in Moab!
(Ok, I admit, that was a pathetic attempt at trash talk since your 5K course clearly had 60' more ascent than mine, not to mention the fact that I'm vastly out experienced by you when it comes to trail racing....but it was fun dreaming for a moment there)

Hey, I watched that movie for the first time in many years this weekend!!!
Well, we'll not risk another frontal assault. That rabbit's dynamite.

I would predict there will be a lot of truth to that statement in Moab, because I highly doubt I'm going to be in front of you. At least not until the very end when I come flying in from behind to take the lead for the Cody victory. (hey someone's gotta give you crap now that Jon's MIA)

That's the spirit, Aaron. I'll be rooting for you over Cody!
