Big Workout

Same run as 1/22/2011.  House to Providence Canyon along Deer Fence to just a bit up Dry Canyon.  I returned home the same way.  My sister in law is getting married tomorrow and we have been summoned to attend all the wedding and rehearsal events, so no work for those 2 days.  I took advantage and spent a bit more time than usual on the morning run.  Too bad it was only 10 degrees outside.  The goal today was to try and get under 8 min pace, but the sloppy conditions on the trail just about did me in.  It was super slick and tough to run on.  I should have worn the microspikes.  I was able to sneak under 8 min pace during the last mile, but it took some real work on the final 5 miles to get it done.  Good Workout though.  I followed it up with lunch at Ahh Sushi in downtown SLC.  Yummy.
