8 slow miles. I didn't time it but was probably barely pushing 9 min pace. I ran out and back to Young Ward via PW. We are going camping tonight. Hope it doesn't rain....

It's hard to imagine 24 hours with no rain right now. I heard there was a rumor the Cache Valley Biathlon may be moved to Aug sometime but don't know for sure. To bad, it was fun race. They've been having one here in Preston on rodeo weekend which I think is Aug 1st this year It gets around 80 people with some pretty good competition coming up from Utah. Have fun on your camp.
