8 Easy miles around Tulsa.  I found a large group of soccer fields with a dirt trail around it.  .8 miles long.  Perfect for running.  I did a bunch of laps.

Things are going well here.  I am on schedule to make my flight tomorrow at mid-day.  Knock on wood, but the problem is solved.

Glad things are going well. So you'll probably miss our workout?

I need some good dirt roads to run on after my leg heals up. Anything around here besides the river trail that is any good and accessible? I have to get off concrete and asphalt, but I can't run uneven trails (single tracks) or I will sprain my ankles and I need something without a lot of hills. I want to get a job at Oregon State University in Corvallis, that is the perfect location for running, great logging roads and trails in Mcdonald forest. Or University of Colorado-Boulder. Unfortunately this is not the right economic time for an academic move, and my kids wouldn't let me move anyway so it is a moot point I guess.

Rooster-

I think you are out of luck until the snow melts. Maybe the dirt road out to Avon pass...who knows if there is still snow on that.
