Spent some time on the Jordan River Parkway today. Did 6 miles (3 out and back) starting at 6200 S and headed north. The wind was blowing from the south so the first 3 miles were pretty fast, then the last 3 were much slower. The weather was nice, but as I am typing this (4:30 pm) it is a crazy blizzard outside. Should be interesting traveling to our dinner party. Today's run felt good, almost no issues at all with the leg, but it is sore right now after a lot of manual labor this afternoon, so I need to take care of it before dinner and the festivities.
