45 min walking in the morning. I feel better now after a short run in the evening on the treadmill. I wanted to run to see whether I need to see a doc or continue a slow buildup. Tonights run was without pain or weirdness in the legs so I take that as a sign to continue the slow buildup. I ran 3 miles in 27:30 then walked 1/4 mile cooldown. I wanted to keep it really easy, so I kept the speed between 6mph and 7mph and changed the speed every 30 seconds up and down the ladder. Kept the incline at 1%. |
