Easy run in the light drizzle.  Ran the young ward loop.  I started out kind of sore (I don't know why) but quickly loosened up and was hitting 7 min pace for the rest of the run.  I carried my battery powered glow stick to fend off the cars (in addition to my reflective vest), but I still almost got hit by a paper boy driving a car for his route.  I yelled at him.

I have this nice mental picture of you carrying a glow stick, yelling at some kid while hobbling after him. Sounds like you are some kooky 80 year old.
