I am very pleased to say that my foot feels great!  I decided to go for an easy 4 to test it out.  It started to twinge a bit by the last mile but I think it is almost better.  My left ear still doesn't work (Infection and is plugged).

It sure felt great to get out the door finally.  Even if it was only 15 degrees for a high today.

I think you've been doing your "easy" runs a bit too fast. You should probably run really fast once in a while (sub-6:00) after a warmup for long enough to want to run the rest of it at 7:30 pace.

I agree with you Sasha. I know I need to incorporate more "speed" to my runs. I have been doing every run at the same speed and haven't done the hard/easy routine that I am used to. I know that by running fast, my body will be craving that "slow" pace.
