Ran a new run with Paul. I liked the new course. It was on rural roads most of the time so traffic was minimal. It was kind of cold (23 F) and windy. I am STILL struggling with my cold, but I felt better today than yesterday. We were just behind the 7:00 guy with a mile to go, so we hit a 6:36 pace for the last mile to show him who's boss. Total Time: 1:16:24 Ave Hr: 167 (still a tad high, even for me)

I wish I could have the average HR of 167 for that long with my current stroke volume, and the same economy. This would give me 1:05 half-marathon on the Great Salt Lake course.
