Had a lot on my plate today.  Didn't have time to run, other than at 4:00 in the afternoon.  It was way to hot to even think about running.  I am very glad don't live in Vegas anymore.  I will suffer thru Logan winters just to not have to run in the heat.

I ran on the Canal Road near the in-laws house in Taylorsville.  Ran naked, even worked on my tan.
