Biked up to Providence Canyon (of course) and ran up the trail (up the canyon) to test out my leg and also to check out the trail. I ran to the bridge (1.75) before turning back and heading out on deer fence for an out and back. It was a bit of a pounding on the leg coming down the canyon. I might not be ready for that much vertical yet. 10 miles bike (45 mins) 5.5 miles running (51 mins) 1500' vert total
