AM: Easy 5 plus biked to/from work PM: Big Workout tempo with Jon. Long Warmup for 5.75 then hit the Providence Millville hills loop. Goal for me was 6:10-6:15 on the flats. Hilly course though so the times don't mean as much. - 7:06 (big uphill)
