AM: 4 mile run followed with 30 mins on bike. Things were getting tight at 4, but no pain yet. Very slight improvement. I can't believe I am back doing rehap again!

I saw that you are registered for BR 50. How are you feeling about your training and injury? You gonna be ready to race or will it be more of a training run?

I was hoping to be able to race it and still am, but who knows? I am doing the pocatello50 and need this 50 under the belt to be able to survive that one. Its a doozy.
