Very slow recovery run.

5:14 am, 32° F, 40% humidity, wind 2 S.

Freezing temperatures? On the last day of April? Really?

Actually, it wasn't that bad since there was no significant wind and it was dry. And I saw the moon for the first time all week.

There's not much else to say about this run, except did I mention that I ran very slowly? It was nice to just take it really easy this morning. I'm tired. I'd like to go back to bed.

AP: 10:42. Splits: 11:22 (really?!), 10:40, 10:33, 10:27, 10:29.

If you would run like that every day, I could keep up with you! (probably not on anything over 5 miles though)

Enjoy your recovery day and have a lovely long run tomorrow! Hopefully you'll have nice weather.

Seriously!? It was about those temps here this morning too! I was a wimp, and headed over to the gym. Sounds like it ended up being a nice run though!

Looks like you needed some big recovery! Tomorrow will be a great run!

I can't believe how cold it still is. At least it was dry. I am glad you had a slow recovery run so you will be ready for tomorrow. My run this morning was probably just as slow as yours.

We had similar mornings. Nice slow runs and wanting to go back to bed.

I just grateful I didn't have the cold to contend with.

Have a good run tomorrow and enjoy your week-end!

I bet you appreciated only 5 miles today. Dang! I should've run today - might've been my only chance ever to have a higher daily mileage than you!!
