Those might be the absolute best kind.
I was reading an interview one time that irunfar.com did with Anton Krupitka (sp?). They asked what he thought about during his long training runs through the mountains because he doesn't listen to music. He responded that often times (and he mentioned he 'hoped this doesn't sound too hippie')he would just zone out and get into a meditative state, many times coming out of it and realizing that he was farther than he realized. I don't know if I've ever quite had that happen, but there have been many runs where I felt the mental gains from the run out-weighed the physical. Congrats on a good run.

I'm SO glad to hear it was therapeutic for you! I liked Jun's comment about meditating while running. I can't tell you how many decisions I've finally come to while running, always good therapy for me!
Hang in there girl, you are doing great keeping up on all your running.
Hey...has Michelle had her baby yet?

RAD, last I heard was yesterday around noon. She was heading in to the hospital to be induced because her blood pressure was up.
