I've run off and on (more off than on) throughout my adult life. Most recently I started running in May of 2007.

5K PR: Colder Bolder in December 2009 in 22:50.

10k PR: Bolder Boulder in May 2009 in 48:06.13.

1/2 Marathon PR: Canyonlands Half-Marathon in March 2010 in 1:43:20.

Marathon PR: Newport (Oregon) Marathon in June 2010 in 3:42:17.

I have completed two full marathons.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Get back to consistent running.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 3:30 marathon.

Personal:

I grew up in Utah, but live in Colorado now.

I am married and am a working mother of four children, ages 9-19.

Kind of a progression run.

6:11 am, 30° F, 41% humidity, wind 4 S.

I almost didn't make it out this morning because my alarm was set incorrectly. But thanks to my husband driving to seminary, I managed to go out and run a bit.

I got so busy at work yesterday afternoon that I forgot to go home and take my daughter to piano lessons. I've got to try to reschedule the lesson for today.

Oh how crazy life drive us nuts!! I'm in the same boat, well kind of. My busy is just at home holding and taking care of sick kids and all the CRAP that comes along with end of the year (especially in the primary). I can't imagine having to deal with all of 'life' remotely. You're doing great and keeping nice splits as well Carolyn!
