General aerobic run. 7:42 pm, 56-51°F, 19% humidity, wind 8 SW. My schedule had a 15 mile run today. I was going to get up at 4:00 in the morning to be out the door by 4:30 and do the 15 mile run. But I didn't get to bed until about 10:45, and so I didn't take any cough medicine because I thought if I did I wouldn't be able to get up at 4:00. I actually went to sleep without coughing too much, but then I woke up at 1:30 am with a coughing fit. At that point I got kicked out of bed and moved to the recliner, where I continued to cough until about 4:00. At that point, I was finally getting back to sleep, and so I did that instead of going out to run. I debated all day whether to run. Finally, while watching The Biggest Loser, I decided to head out. I thought about doing 6, but then decided on 10, which was the most I could do and still get home in time to get to bed at an almost reasonable hour. AP: 9:04.
