Easy run + level 1 Shred.

I had that same argument about whether to run again this morning. Bolstering the argument against was the fact that I stayed in bed too long and so I was short on time. But I finally decided that three miles was better than nothing, so I headed out. Also too, I haven't run 6 days in a week since the end of May and I kind of thought I would try to do it this week. If I skipped today's run, I would have blown it again.

I saw Michelle out chugging along baby and all. She is being very consistent and doing a great job.

I think winning is sleeping in a little and having a shorter run! So you won. I think you should probably enjoy the restfulness of not having a marathon to prepare for. Having said that, I know that I would NOT be enjoying it!

You deserve to sleep in after all those marathon training miles!

Yep, 3+ miles is definitely better than 0 miles! And, still provides for a nice recovery! :)
