Easy run.

6:42 am, 39° F, 50% humidity, wind 5 S.

Monday and Tuesday. How about that? I haven't done that in a while.

I slept in a little this morning because my boys have no school today because the middle school and high school are polling places. But I still have to get the girl to school and get myself to work, so I better get crackin' now.

It was a little cooler this morning and I actually felt kind of cold when I was going into the wind, but was quite toasty when the wind was behind me.

AP: 9:45. Splits: 10:12, 9:45, 9:26, 9:36.

Nice job getting out again. The weather this time of year makes it tough to figure out what to wear for the run.

Good to see you're getting out. It would be a shame to let this nice fall weather go to waste. Hope you're feeling good!
