Easy run.

6:17 am, 51° F, 82% humidity wind 8 SSE.

Last night's big thunderstorm cooled things off a bit, which was nice.

I felt okay running this morning, but I can tell that things are just a bit out of whack. I'm not sure what to do about it. I think I'll just stick with the easy running for a little while longer.

I'm off to Rocky Mountain National Park today with a couple of my boys and my brother and his family. It's a different brother from the one that came in May to play the oboe. This one brought my mom here for my daughtAer's baptism. They're heading back to Utah tomorrow.

It's back to work for me tomorrow, or actually tonight, I'm afraid.

I was thinking about you this weekend, I hope your daughters baptism was lovely and that you had a nice visit with all the family. Enjoy the park today, it should be really nice up there, still snow on the mountaintops ....

Take care of yourself.

Easy running sounds like a good plan for now. Wow, it really did cool down for you. Sometimes I think we all need more rest than we want to take! Enjoy the park and family time!

Easy running sounds like a smart plan. Enjoy time with your family and those beautiful mountains. I miss them so much :-(

Hope the work week goes by quickly and your legs keep healing.

Rocky Mt. State Park is one of my favorite places on the planet! Lucky you!

Hope things get back in whack soon.
