Easy/recovery run + level 1 Shred.

5:55 am, 63° F, 60% humidity, wind 5 S.

I ran with Lindsay again this morning. I was with her roughly miles 3-6 of my run. We did Michelle's route in reverse and so we saw Michelle twice. It looks like I'm going start running with Lindsay on Fridays instead of Mondays. I'm not sure what will happen once school starts because I may need to go earlier then.

I figure I'll stick with level 1 of the Shred this week and move up to level 2 next week. I like to do each level for approximately a month before moving on to the next level.

9:60 is strange! Sounds like a perfect Monday run! Michelle is doing great!

I'm not normally jealous of you when I read your blogs. Your speed, yes. Your temps, not often. Today is one of those days where I'm green with envy as our temps hit triple digits.

nice job on your run!

When does school start up?

NICE run!

I'm ignorant...what is Shred?

From Carolyn in Colorado on Mon, Jul 26, 2010 at 17:52:24 from 198.241.174.15

I just checked and it's now 94 degrees outside, so that's not as bad as triple digits. But I get the cooler weather by running early in the morning.

School starts on August 9th for my youngest, and August 10th for the middle schooler and high schooler (because only 7th graders and freshmen go on the 9th). The one that's going off to college has to be there on the 20th, or something like that.

The Shred is a fitness video. It's full name is "Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred." It has three different 20-minute workouts in it.

Nice AM temps you got there. It was 73 degrees at 6:30 AM here this morning. Better than running in 95 degrees in the afternoon though.

Wow - school starts SO early for you guys. They must get out early too!
