Easy run. Average pace: 9:47.

Weather: 49°F, 43% humidity, wind 4 ESE, but I have to say that it felt a lot windier than that. Perhaps the wind was different between where I ran and the weather station that this data came from.

We're supposed to have warm days today and tomorrow, and then the colder air and the rain comes.

I slept in until 6:00 this morning because there was no seminar today. All the high school kids except the juniors don't have to be to school until 11:00 because the juniors are taking the ACT this morning. Thing 1 is a junior, so he's taking the test right now. I hope he does well. I think he will.

Isn't it funny that we view 6AM as "sleeping in" now? Sounds lovely! I'm really looking forward to some of that next week as my taper gets "serious." It is the great compensation for going to fewer miles, which is hard for me. Wanna run!!

We are sending a bit more warm weather your way. Enjoy it while you can. It turns nasty again on Sunday (for you). But only for a day, so no biggie.

Jun, I looked at the extended forecast... it looked like ran for at least 5 days.

Carolyn, nice run!

Nice easy run! Why do you call him/her "Thing"? Does he have a cousin "It"? None of my business (and you can say so). Just curious.

Just on this blog I call my kids Thing 1, Thing 2, Thing 3, and Thing 4. It's just in honor of The Cat in the Hat where Thing 1 and Thing 2 come make messes.
