No time to run this morning. I've got to take my oldest son up to Greeley for a campus visit at the University of Northern Colorado. I might try to get in a recovery run later today.

4:15 pm, 59°F, 44% humidity, wind 8 SE.

Well, I made it out for my recovery run. I felt quite sluggish at the first, but felt okay by the end. I'm supposed to run 22 miles tomorrow. It's the longest run on my training plan. I think I'll just head out and see how I feel after a few miles and if I feel like I can, I'll go the whole distance. Otherwise, I'll cut it short and try to do 22 miles next Saturday.

You are a wonderful mother. I hope you have time for yourself to run today. You certainly deserve it.

Nice work fitting it all in. I hope you have a good run tomorrow. I will be thinking of you :)
