Off day but good timing because all day on Saturdays run I could feel a sickness coming on. Sunday sick day.

Finally felt like trying a run. Legs were sluggish, head was dizzy and breathing was labored. Out and back on the trails.
The day just ran away from me. The ironey. Far behind my goals. bummer.
Some with CK and some a lone. Nothing fast. Legs were heavy and blah. Focused on good form and running on tierd legs. It's beeen a while.
Went out with my Lovebug around 10 am. Sun was out and it felt hot! Short sleeves, no gloves and roasting on Christmas morning. Ivins look and back through the spa.
