I couldn't find my grarmin. So I ended up running three laps on the mayors loop from the DC. Didn't have any planned workout in mind. I just put on my smoothest shoes and tried to float it off as smooth, fast and EZ as possible. Pace seemed managable and I could have gone another loop fairly comfortable.
1:42 min's off my phone clock. Somewhere around 6:30 pace avg.
