Was going to meet up at my house with a few guys but only Steve Abraham Lincoln Hooper Pope Abercrombie and Fitch showed up. So the two of us stared out through the Knolls and out past Blue Bunny to do the Sunriver loop.  I could tell from the git go that I was going to struggle. I just taxed myself out yesterday in the heat and wasn't recovered. On top of that it was hot this morning at 5 a.m. While we were running out there was a breeze in our face and it felt like a blow dryer. Oh this run just kind of sucked. By the time we got to the gas station (12.5) miles I wanted to be done. But w got some good cold water and that helped lift the spirits. We made our way through B-Hills and back around the Knolls. Then Steven split from me to go find his wife (who was out on her own long run). So I jogged the last mile or so in alone.

Good job, at least you got the miles in. Glad Steve could meet up with you.

Clyde, nice miles this week. We will have to hit the links again soon.

Bumped into Nick at the race and he said to say sorry for missing the run. He just slept in through the alarm.
