Pushed Myler around B-hills. My legs felt much better today and have finally dropped the soreness that I was packing around after last weeks tempo workout. We just peacefully made our way around the loop but then it started to rain (again) and I had to go into all out tempo for about a mile and a half so the little guy didn't get wet, cold and sick. Anyways we made it back safe. I'm amazed with all the rain we've had this year. I've only seen it rain in Utah like this once before and that was in 2005 when houses were floating down the river. There has been a lot of precipitation- a good thing.

Do you guys have any flooding this year?

From Superfly on Wed, Feb 10, 2010 at 17:32:55 from 208.117.127.110

Jon- so far none and that blows my mind. The amount of water we've got here in town should flooded something, somewhere. But I haven't heard anything. Good news I guess. We got the water and not the drama.

Can't complain about that...

Go kick some butt this weekend, by the way!
