Nothing special this morning. I had a stake golf tourney that started at 7:30 a.m and I needed to be there by at least 7:15 so I didn't have much time- and didn't want to get up way early. So I just did a simple DC loop and called it a day. Felt pretty good.

Killer miles this week, especially yesterday. Feeling good? Hammy pain a thing of the past?

Thanks Glen. The hammy definitely has been feeling better and letting me start training again. But I'm not out of it yet. It still gives me some background pain everyday and if I don't really watch and focus on good form it can start to hurt pretty bad. The main thing is that I've just started to do some better maintenance with it using the "stick" and trying to stay on top of things... and that has allowed me to up the mileage. Hopefully it will continue to play nice.

Dave until this week I didn't know that guy. But he just won the British Open? I'm getting tired of watching boring majors...
