My headache felt horrible on Saturday but Sunday it felt way better. So this morning I decided to try a run. Just took it slow around the B-hills loop. Hips are super tight but runnable. I'm really going to try hard to get something in every day this week. It was snowing when I left the house... big, wet flakes but I have a feeling that spring is in the air.

No... What is the difference from regular chiropractic treatment? I'll have to look into it.

The person does a full body test using Kinesiology to see what muscles are shut down and then from there uses different tequnices to turn them on. It has helped me so much with my injuries and glute hammy pain.

sounds interesting. I'll have to start looking for someone who practices it.

thx
