Mik'L and I went over to PV high today to run at the track as part of their team fundraiser. I got there and Dave and comp was cooking a smelly good breakfast of pancakes, bacon, eggs, juice, muffins and other good stuff. So I jumped on the track thinking I'd do 8 miles now and maybe some more later or run home or something. Hit the frst warm up mile in 7:15 and then just fell into a nice rythem to run the 8 miles 32 laps in 51:28 and an avg of 6:27 min miles for the run.

Then within 45 seconds of finishing the run I had to jump on the breakfast that I had been smelling the whole run. I wish every run finished with chocolate milk, bacon and pannies.

Not sure if I'll run again today. We came home and cleaned for 5 straight hours... blinds, floors, window seals... now I just want to relax for the rest of the holiday and watch some more college football.

Clyde, Sorry I could not swing meeting you guys on the weekend. It's tough with my work schedule unfortunately. See you guys in St George on the 3rd. Is there an FRB party being planned by chance?
