Met up with Seven A. L. Hooper this morning up at the church. It was .5 miles up there from my house and 1.18 from Steve's. He tried to convince me it was over 2 miles. I wasn't having it and had to prove him wrong. We did a nice loop around Bloomington Hills and then around the back side of Stone Cliff to his house. So the loop it's self was 9 miles and add a mile from the house and back.

Ended up running in the "zone" again. 7:22 pace for the run. I kept having to hold Steve back. He wanted to do 3 miles of tempo and I said "No no no". Good run and a really nice morning. Now I have to spread out 40 tons of dirt and rocks around the new lot. I know it's 40 because they weighed it before they delivered it.

That should be worth a 20 miler for spreading that much ton-age, have fun and keep up the good work Clyde...

Sounds like your spreading 40 tons of something, but I don't think it smells like dirt and rock! Glad to see you are having some good runs.

Clyde I hope the hammy is in check. With all the house moving and different movements on your body I can see why the hammy is tight. You should be able to count your home moving as running miles :-) it's a lot of work. Congratulations on the new house it couldn't of happened to a better man. I hope to see you in the future.

Dude, that's a lot of dirt. I had to move 14 yards once, and ended up calling a backhoe that cost $100. It only took him 30 minutes. Best $100 of my life!

Hey thanks guys.

Jon- I failed to mention that I had a little friend named John Deer helping me. One of our friends let me barrow his tractor with a loader bucket on the front. So that made things much easier. However I still had to do plenty of raking and shoveling... have to do as I'm not done yet.

I can tell you moved to the richy part of town. In Dogtown we do that all by hand!
