Into the fields around Stone Cliff then down the trail to Bloomington Hills- back through the Knolls and home. 7:21 pace for the run. I started out slow and really felt like Monday ( I'm guessing not running on Fri, Sat, or Sun was one day too much). But around mile 4 I started to feel better and in the end was really running well. I kind of think I'm actually starting to get better but I don't wont to say that out loud or the hammy will hear me and start hurting again. Looking forward to a good week of running with a trip to Torrey this weekend. |
