Felt kind of better than last night so I just got ready and went out. Really enjoyed the run until around 7.5 and then my calves got really tight. By then end of the run they were hard as a rock. Now hours later I am limping around like I was last week after the marathon. So I guess I'm not recovered yet. As soon as I get brave enough I'll use "The Stick" and try rolling my calves a little, but it's going to hurt. |
