DC/ River Road loop. It ended up being a little shorter than the normal 10.2 because of some construction but still hit 10 miles straight up. Hit the first mile in 7:50 but then the legs felt a nice groove and ended up running a 1:09:40 or a 6:58 avg for the run. Never jumped into tempo effort but just let the legs run and 6:35 pace felt smooth and EZ back home from the DC. Found out today than I didn't get into St. Judes. So now I'm leaning to running the Mesquite marathon on November 20... I kind of wanted something a little more glamorous but this will be a easy for travel. Still not firm as I would like to to somewhere else to run.
