80.9 mile ride this morning. Started at 4:30 a.m and went out and back to the airport 3 times and on the third loop I went out by Sunriver and the river trail to River road then back around the park to home. 21.8 mph avg. 2,936 ft of climbing. Not a super hard course but lots of rollers throughout the entire ride. This was my longest ride today. Pretty solid effort to be over 21 mph on a solo effort. My butt got really sore and so did my shoulder on the left side... cramped big time in the last 10 miles.

Had planned on running at least 4.1 miles too but just didn't... and as the day rolls on it sounds hard... I'm pretty tired overall now.

Nice job Clyde. Hope your butt is okay.

Clyde, how do you start riding when it is dark at 4:30am. Do you have a headlight or something. Keep it up and you will be looking good for lotoja, or any other event of your choosing.

Thanks!

Yes a headlamp and a flashing one in the back. Works pretty good too- even if it's a cheap one from Walmart. Started at 4:15 today with it.
