7 TM miles this morning. Blah Blah Blah!

(Blue Stratus 31.4)

9 mile run this afternoon after work. Pretty good run. I just kept it low key and ran what felt good. Went up to Power line and over to water tank through industrial and back the long way. Clipped off a couple of 6 min/miles on easy effort coming down into the industrial park and then coasted home at 6:30 pace.

Clyde I'm starting to think like you. I'm not a big fan of the cold weather anymore. I did that in Colorado and Idaho. I'm ready for March, even by Feb things should warm up a little.

Man, all this complaining by the St. George guys about cold. There is some irony here.

I do think prison break and TM go together, since TM's are like a prison!

The thing about the cold in STG in the winter is that the air is very wet and it goes straight to your lungs. At least it does to mine, and then I'm always walking around with a cough.

True, Logan is a dry cold. It is nice running wise but wreaks havoc on the skin.

I'll admit I'm just a wimp! I have my treadmill in the garage right now, which I thought I would use more through the winter, but I haven't been on it much. I really struggle running on the treadmill
