6.5 real running miles this morning. I did the standard GS loop and the hamstring held up really good. When I started the run I had no pain at all then a mile into it I was feeling around a 4 out of 10 and it stablaized there. I was happy to start a new chapter of my running life and get a real workout in after an injury. Hopefully I'll be able to work things back to where they were.... |
