3 miles in the morning on the treadmill 7 miles this afternoon on my water tank loop. First 3.5 are uphill and on a trail so I wasn't moving that good. Then I hit the road by the water tank and started to get into a good stride. Hit 5:55 pace for the last 3.5 miles. At one point coming down the hill I was at 4:55 pace on my garmin too bad that streatch of hill was only like a quarter of a mile long. |
