13.2 miles this morning

7.2 miles this afternoon with the club

Morning run was hard. I really struggled to get any type of pace going. Just glad to finish and get home.

Afternoon run felt great. Ran from the store up to overlook. Continued up the top with Brent. Then came back down different trail.

Your miles are huge this week. How are you feeling? Ashbaker said he is trying to recover from minor shin splints. I bet is because of the intense mileage he started cranking out - so be careful. Don't let your zeal get ahead of your body too far.

100 plus dude: I feel tired just talking about it. You must be around 7% bdy fat. Mean and lean.
