12.6 mile morning run 7.5 with the club Did a early longer run today. Just stomping along at about 7:10 pace. I saw Dave running. He says he had to chase me out of Dog Town but little does he know I lived there for 3 years and Dog Town and I have a special relationship. Evening club run was warm. We ran down to the park from the store. Then Steve and I did some barefoot grass loops around the park. Then headed back to the store. I picked up some more supplies from the St. George running store. The people there have been amazing to work with. I wouldn't have bought THREE Garmins from anyone else. |
