10k on the treadmill this morning. It seems like pulling teeth to stay on that thing for over 30 min's. But with temps in the 20's or even TEENS I'm staying in 4 sure. Hoping my palm trees make it through this winter as it's already colder than it was all last year.

I'd kill to have temps in the twenty's or teens. Zero degrees this morning in Logan.

20 degrees is a heat wave compared to Pocatello. :-) I hope the weather gets better for you.

I'm sick of all you northerners talking about the cold - we know it's colder up there! That's why we are not stupid and live down here!

(Just don't use this same logic on me in the summer!)

-don't freeze everyone-

I know, I know I shouldn't complain about the cold... but look at it this way if it warms up here then it should warm up there too. It's all relative I guess. Plus this is more like my journal so I basically have to talk about weather, pain, and weather everyday:)

Clyde, you have a right to complain your extreme drop in temperature would be like us complaining when it drops 20 degrees to 0 degrees. Your climate is warmer and any major drop in temperature your going too feel it. I can't imagine how it feels from going from extreme hot to cold all of a sudden.
